Logan County Records Access Rules
Court records in Logan County are public under the Oklahoma Open Records Act, found in Title 51, Sections 24A.1 through 24A.29. You can search and view these files without being a party to the case. No reason is needed. Criminal records show charges, pleas, and sentences. Civil cases show filings and outcomes.
Sealed records cannot be viewed. Juvenile cases are closed by law. Adoption files are private. Expunged records are removed from public access and will not show on OSCN or in an OSBI background check. Under Title 74, Section 150.9, criminal history from OSBI that is not already a public court record must stay confidential with the requester. A statewide OSBI name search costs $15 and covers all 77 Oklahoma counties.
