Access Rules for Washington County

Court records in Washington County are public under the Oklahoma Open Records Act. Anyone can request them. You do not have to be involved in the case. Criminal records show charges, pleas, and sentencing. Civil records show filings and judgments. The law in Title 51 makes this a right for everyone.

Some records are sealed or restricted. Juvenile cases are closed by law. Adoption records are private. Expunged cases are erased from the public view and will not show on OSCN or an OSBI check.
