Pittsburg County Court Clerk Records

The Pittsburg County Court Clerk keeps all District Court records at the courthouse in McAlester. The office is at 115 E Carl Albert Parkway, McAlester, OK 74501. Call them at 918-423-6865. Hours are Monday through Friday during normal business hours. The Court Clerk handles criminal felony and misdemeanor cases, civil lawsuits, small claims, probate, guardianship, and family court matters. Marriage licenses are issued here.
