That gives Jefferson County one of the longer unbroken records in this part of the state.

Copy fees are set by state law. The first page costs $1.00. Each page after that is $0.50. Certification runs $0.50 per document. You can send a mail request with a check or money order and a self-addressed stamped envelope. In-person visits let you view files and get copies the same day in most cases. Staff can look up records by name or case number.

Jefferson County is one of the least populated counties in Oklahoma. Case volume is low compared to urban counties.
