Ardmore Overview
Ardmore Municipal Court
The Ardmore Municipal Court is at City Hall, 23 S. Washington, 3rd Floor, in the Commission Chamber, Ardmore, OK 73401. The weekly traffic docket runs at 7:30 AM on Wednesdays. The court handles violations of city ordinances and state laws from misdemeanor arrests, citizen complaints, and traffic citations.
All violations are recorded in this court. Fines are collected here. The municipal judge is appointed by the City Manager for an indefinite term. The judge can issue warrants, subpoenas, administer oaths, and punish for contempt. The court was created by the Ardmore City Charter under Article V, Section 33. That gives the court its authority over municipal matters within Ardmore city limits.

Search Ardmore Background Check Online
The Oklahoma State Courts Network is the main free tool for searching Ardmore background check records. Select Carter County from the dropdown. Enter the person's name. You get charges, case status, docket entries, and filing dates. No account is needed. OSCN updates daily for most courts.
On Demand Court Records also covers Carter County. Free basic search works the same way. The $5 monthly plan adds warrant filtering and date of birth search. Both OSCN and ODCR pull from the same court data but show it in different formats. Running both gives you the best coverage.
